Help answer this question below.

I'm on the pill, but a couple weeks ago me and my b/f had unprotected sex. I got my period after that but now I'm spotting and got small cramps. I don't think I can be pregnant...but is it possible? Could it have something to do w/ the pill?

it probably has something to do with the pill
when did you get your period after you had sex was it 2 weeks after that?
the pill can make you have spotting, and cramps are usually part of a normal period.
