First, I know of no individuals who are 'tax exempt'! Even our military bravely serving in war-zones are earning wages that are non-taxable, but they NOT tax-exempt! There are non-profits organizations who are exempt from taxes, but, people: NO!
That being said, you need to file for the past three years. Start with the first year and list all your income and deductions. Then go onto the next year and the third. You can file all the years together, or you can electronically file the current year and paper return the past years. Your other jobs that you've 'been paying taxes' has merely been withholding on your estimated taxes due..hopefully this has been enough to cover your other 50K.
