A couple of local radio stations cooperated in convincing their entire listening audience that the state of Indiana had just passed a law requiring it to convert to the metric system. They even announced the weather completly in metrics. Apparently the state reps and senator's office phones where ringing off the hooks with people who where very very PO'd. BTW I was thinking maybe this year I could go out the night before April fools and tape a copy of Luther's 95 thesis to the door of a local papist (catholic) church.
