Saving
A penny saved is ONLY a penny earned, if you don't put it in your 401K or in the stock market. Otherwise, a penny saved is a penny lost!
pick it up and keep it?
The same thing as 'A penny saved is a penny earned.' Which isn't really true since you have to earn almost a penny and a quarter in order to have a penny, after taxes.
The real saying is: "A penny saved is a penny earned."
No. I've only heard "A penny saved is a penny earned". Never heard it swapped to found.
I always thought it was 'A penny saved is a penny earned'.
Emmm. Finders keepers?
