Eating will make you feel a whole lot better. Just be careful of what you eat. Nothing too filling. Eat some soup or a breakfast burrito.

oysters, raw eggs, and lots of hot sauce should do the trick

Have a cup of tea and a slice of toast with butter and jam. That'll get you going enough for some proper nosh in an hour or so.

If you feel like eating go ahead and eat you'll feel better. Eat something light and see how that sits in your stomach. I have never ever felt like eating when I felt like throwing up. So if your hungry, Go for it,

try a filling drink like milk or hot chocolate. that might clear things up.

A bowl of soup with lots of pepper and a couple of cans of lager will set you right... : )

What works for me is eating as much as I can! but I always drink coke, I don't know why but it just makes me feel better.

If your being ill is due to lack of food, when you have had alcohol you need something to absorb the alcohol and also give your stomach something to work on. I would eat soda crackers or plain toast..nothing greasy or salty or sweet. Good luck! :)

Better to try and eat. All a hangover is, is dehydration. Better to put nutrients back in to your system. This may sound gross but eggs, sunny side up always used to work for me. No matter how sick the thought of them would make me, I would always force myself to eat them. Afterwards, I would always feel better.

a hot tea without milk and yes eat something light. Tea with biscuits always work for me:-)

Well, since this is two months later, I am assuming its after the fact. However, if you are like I was for too many years to admit to, you probably have done it again. I could never eat because it would never stay down. Thank God that part of my life is over. For good. Enjoy. (multi vitamins before and after helped me recover better, but have to be taken with food.)
