Its troll infested for a start, but the biggest problem would have to be community moderation and how it is handled, lots of blatant text book violations are overturned in appeals, lots of genuine content is removed through false reporting, the staff handling appeals are useless, and don't bother emailing customer care, they are the most useless element of yahoo, they basically tell you to do what you already did before you decided it was time to notify them, and the yahoo answers team are becoming just as bad, since the lay-offs the site has gotten much worse, they could barely deal with the problems before, and now we have even more users while at the same time less staff to deal with them all, a lot of people are really fed up with the site, especially long time users.
