    It was written by Orson F. Whitney, an Apostle of Jesus Christ, in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Below is a link to a place where it is posted on someone's blog. The title is THE SOUL'S CAPTAIN if youw ant to find it somewhere else though as well.
