2004 dodge caravan/driver side vents blowing out cold air while passenger side vents blowing out hot air until vehicle warms up then they work properly.I can flip the temperature control levers and get warm air out of all vents for about 30 seconds .

something is wrong with the vaccum or the contro;s for the directional vents
