Click the "Ask a Question" "button".
Ask your question in the query box provided.
Clock "Go"

This will take you to a page that shows three possible duplicates of the question. If it's been asked before, you can answer it to bring it to the home page, again, or try a different question. NOTE: It IS possible to reword your question so it's new. You can TRY to do that.

If you wish to attach a video from YouTube, MySpace, Google, or maybe some other sites that give you EMBED codes, you may display the video on another page, copy the EMBED code, and paste it under the question box.

If you wish to attach a URL (if the video has no embed code, you can use the URL of the video... If you are speaking of a website or story, you can use the link tot that), copy and paste it in the REFERENCE URL box.

Chose a category. You can navigate to an appropriate category by selecting a higher level, then selecting sublevels until you reach the correct category, or you can use the Category Search box, by entering the name of a category in which the question may fit, or a keyword from the question. It will give you a list of 10 possibles... If one is close, click it. The page will then display where the category fits in the list of subcategories. (Review them. That's the best way to learn some of the category names here.)

If you wish, decide if your question in educational or conversational. If conversational, people can click a link on the home page so these don't appear, so they can only answer "educational" questions.

Click Submit.

VOILA! You've asked a question.
