I enjoy bus travels not exceeding 3-4 hours.
Overnight bus journeys would be a torture though.

No, I used to feel bad, before I had a car.
Sitting there at that bus stop, feeling so dependent on others as a young teen.
Now sadly, I live where there is no public transportation. I would enjoy sitting there reading or surfing the web – with a wireless connection.
I do not like the dirty diesel buses.
I will not miss that at all.
I really look forward to the cleaner hybrid buses that are starting to be added to the municipal fleets around the United States.

No.. its annoying, but its cheap, it gets me where I want to go without having to walk, and I am doing my bit for road conjestion and the environment.
