It sounds to ME like you're a pretty lucky GUY since she's with YOU now ! I don't think 100 is a lot of guys for a women of 28. My wife was very sexually active in school and usually had a new boyfriend every week. If she started at 18, that's 10 years, and she likely started earlier. I knew my wife was a "first date lay" as all the guys knew. It worked for me, we had sex on our first date (we actually spent the next 3 nights in cheap motel room). The past is the past. sex is fun. Just enjoy what you have. I sometimes just wonder that if someone with that many sexual partners could ever be satisfied by just one man? In other words i get very nervous that she is going to cheat on me being it as she must be VERY casual about sex or at least has been lately. I guess it's all in the way you look at it. I get really turned on by my wife's past. She may not have been with 100 men, but she was married for several years to two different guys and lived with another for several years with several guys in between and during. 100 seems very high and I am wondering what has driven her to that number. If you are looking for a wife, you might prepare yourself to have some issues in your marriage to her. But, I don't think you should hold it against. If you can deal with it and you think she will make a great partner for you than forget about it. If it bothers you, then she is not the one.
