You're reading Is there a way I can keep a window up on the screen ( in this case a Word doc) when I have another application open as well? I can arrange and re-size the windows so that I can see both, but the moment I click on the other window, the Word doc disappears

thank you Brian - that seems to work. I had resized them previously, but one was overlaying the other - that was why it didn't work then I guess. :)
