Help answer this question below.

Is there a way I can keep a window up on the screen ( in this case a Word doc) when I have another application open as well? I can arrange and re-size the windows so that I can see both, but the moment I click on the other window, the Word doc disappears

    Re-size both applications so that you can see the entire contents of each window and you will be able to switch between them at will.
