Writing THE QUATRAIN I.E.RUBAI FOR HIRANT DINK-SLAIN ARMENIAN STOCK JOURNALIST FROM TURKEY will make me having been honored, not merely in literature, art, eulogy, and forensic science, but in the public history of my own country, in its evolution towards a modern civilization. I had disgraced the black and red Turkish fascist eternally. I had made them ignoble by- the word among the morally lowest people both the murderer-Young KEMALIST Vulture SAMAST and his instigator- the sate pillars of Turkish Secret State. I had dragged their names through the very mire to denounce publicly. KEMALIST bandits had
given it to brutes that they might make it brutal and to fools that they might turn it into a synonym for folly. What I suffered as a Pro-West Islamic Great Community Leader and a columnist in Islamic Media star-CUMA MAGAZINE then, and still suffer, is not for pen to write or paper to record yet being enough punctual before World’s Public Opinion!
My Pro-West Kurdish and Turkish MUSLIM brethren, always kind and gentle to me, rather than that I should hear the news from indifferent lips, observed, tortured as they were, all
are the way of hearing news from Istanbul to Anatolia significant to break to us itself the tidings of moral crises over a slain journalist laying prone with worn out soles of his old but shined shoes so irreparable, so irremediable, a loss. Messages of sympathy reached me from all who had still affection for me. Even the Great Pro-West Islamic People who had not known me personally, hearing that a new sorrow had broken into our lives, wrote to ask that some expression of their
condolence should be conveyed to me along with the offering of Vengeance through a Quatrain i.e. Rubai below:
