OmniWeb doesn't have a real export feature for some reason. But you can find them in the username/Library/Application Support/Omniweb5 folder. (Of course you'll need to substitute the name of your home directory for "username"...look for the icon of the little house.) Your personal bookmarks are in the file bookmarks.html. Your favorits bookmarks are in Favorites.html. Hope that helps. You might want to check out omniweb:/Help/bookmarks,history/#synchronization
