"Graven" is carved...like engraved...scratched on...

...a form like anything... covers even images of Jesus and Mary...So is the RCC doing the right thing?
They are referred to as religious Icons.
There is a difference in having a graven image, and worshipping it.
Catholics merely have the images.
Because they choose to disobey Our Lord's commands.
