I lost a birth control pill, and did not take one for that day and just continued the day after. Will i get my period early?

You're reading I've only just started on microlite a wk ago.I've been feeln strange, wiped out since startn. Im on antibiotics+am very wheezy wit a cough. I'm considering coming off the pill until I feel better and try taking it again nxt mnth.what'll happen2my cycle?
