Humans are related to monkeys in the same way that lions are related to the common housecat. In a similar vein, the Corvette is related to the Mustang in that both are V8-powered RWD American cars even though they lack any parts compatibility. Therefore, your question falls flat on it's face before reaching the first question mark and I won't even go any further for that reason.
