do not rub it, blot it, try Folex, instant carpet spot remover, we buy it at lowes. Spray and let soak in then blot it to pick up excess moisture. If you rub it you'll make the stain larger. I place a dry rag over the spot and hit it with the palm of my hand to pick up the stain. You will need to apply trmt more than once if the stain is deep it will temporarily lift it till it settles again then you will need to reapply. Once dry vaccum over the area and reapply if necessary.
