I just found out today that I have HPV, and I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. Does that mean he has HPV too?

You might have actually gotten it from him. Males are simply the carriers of HPV and it does not affect them or show signs.

Well now you have to go to a laboratory and geta blood test, that will be the only way you will know for shure it you have it or not, because it you do you must take medications to prevent warts form growing in genitals or anus, this virus is incurable but it can be controled, it importatn that you use protecion form now on you dont pass this virus to your partner.
