I have been burning dvds by writing .iso files. I just bought a new Dell Inspiron 1405.I know that there are dvd burners that burn with light scribe or something like that.Well, can I still write .isos with my new Dell that doesnt have light scribe?

Lightscribe is a labeling thing. If you don't need to laser-etch the 'labels' on your discs, you'll be fine..

The Lightscribe feature allows you to flip the top of specially made Lightscribe discs over in your burner and etch a cover onto them using the drive's laser. You will still be able to write .isos to discs as long as you have a DVD burner.
