Not really sure where you can get free ultrasound done since no one dose anything for free anymore. Medical assistance do NOT make you pay them back.These types of programs are paid for by fed grants and our taxes The assistance program is federely funded to make sure everyone gets health care and if you could afford it you wouldn't be on assistance so my advise is if you don't have insurance and you can't afford it go to your local assistance office that is why they have these types of programs out there
