MY CAR IS SHOWING THAT IT IS WARM BUT WHEN I TURN ON THE HEAT IT BLOWS OUT COLD AIR AND WONT HEAT UP UNLESS MY FOOT IS ON THE GAS. IT GOES RIGHT BACK TO COLD AIR IF I STOP AT A LIGHT OR IF I STOP FOR A MINUTE ANYWHERE HOW DO I GET IT BACK WORKING
