Auto engine gas in oil pan. does this affect lifters and affect ring seal?

Yes. The gas will dilute the oil and your pistons and the rest of your internal engine will be scarred, from the friction. The motor will not last long...fix the problem...quick!

My engine is noisy. I have been told that the valve lifters are sticking. Is there anything that I can add to the engine oil to free-up the lifters, and if so how does it work?
