Tylenol vs. Aspirin vs. Ibuprofen, which pain reliever/fever reducer is most effective?

I prefer ibuprofen. I think it's the only one that's considered an anti-inflammatory. Naproxen sodium is better still.

Aspirin plus brufen and a touch of paracetamol. Avoid the naproxen though cos it can cos depression, popped up on several studies with few suicides, same with co-proxamol.
