If you have been on the pill for six months the withdrawall method is not even necessary although NO method is 100% foolproof.
In this day and age condoms are always adviseable as a health safety method.
Withdrawal without the pill is DEFINATELY NOT a safe method of contraception

I certainily thought it was a good method because me and my guy had been using that method for YEARS. I became preganant and ultimatley miscarried. I've been on and off the pill so many times I thought "thank goodness for his idea to pull out" Well not effective for me, You...who knows, but the experience of a miscarriage and not even knowing I was preganant was enough for me to be consistent with some form of birth control.

In additon to following ALL instructions of of which ever method I decide to use.

even if a guy pulls out before he cums, there is still semen that will be left in there.....if you are taking the pill, i suppose the risk is less if you were not using any birth control at all......i have dated a lot of gal's on the pill......with no other birth control........never pulled out....we were fine......take care.......Brian.....

I had two children, I love them very much, but they were not planned, one was a pill baby, and one was a condom and foam baby, so there are not guarantees, but I am a strong advocate, for the depo shot, then you do not have to remember to take the pills every single day, and have your chances go up, if you miss a dose.

The pill itself is designed to prevent you from getting pregnant. Pulling out isn't really necessary if the woman is taking her pill as directed and hasn't missed any doses.

It is not a guaranteed way of preventing pregnancy no matter WHAT you do unless the man is wearing a condom or your tubes are tied!
