NO! I perfer Hot Dogs, and if some lame ass is gonna wear a hood in NYC in the dead of summer months I am apt to keep my eyes on them!

Yes it is NOT! Maybe some do eat doughnuts but not go up to people in hoods unless they are causing traouble
