Help answer this question below.

Does anyone live in the "bible belt" and not believe in God? Do you get treated horribly rotten because you live in the bible belt and you are supposed to believe in God living there? It's a taboo thing to live in the BB & NOT believe in God.

I dont live in the bible belt, but I guess they would never know unless they started talking about it. Anyway, God teaches acceptance and those who follow Him are not supposed to look down on anyone.

Yes, I have lived in the Bable Belt and those were very dark days indeed. The hypocrisy was rampant and I couldn't trust anybody for anything. They truly were a misguided and nasty bunch but the funniest thing was seeing how utterly immoral they were. The company X-mas parties were a sight for sore eyes and anything went. I used to get a kick out of it!

That sound terribly dramatic. If people treat you even moderately rotten, stay away from them.

I live in the Bible belt and don't believe in God. My friends treat me very well, but then I don't have fundies for friends.
