My view on chance is that it is only a possibility of winning or losing or that something may happen. A chance is only an opportune moment, an opportunity you should use. Take-a-chance.

I view fate as a mere Plan, a Story, or an excuse used by people to free them of any or all responsability. I'll believe more in CHANCE.

I don't see much difference in the way they affect me. Both chance and fate imply that other forces are in control of my life, and I reject that idea completely.
Humans determine their own fates by their actions and non-actions. Humans can recognize chance and be in position to turn it into a positive or negative result.
I don't believe in chance or fate as a force in life.

Chance. There is always and definitely a "chance" that something might happen.

Whether it's fate or not is highly questionably- and not likely in my opinion. I can't believe that my actions are predetermined.

I beleive in chance. I beleive the universe is governed by nothing more then mere chance.

Everything that happens to us, is chance - we may have influenced the odds a great deal, but it's still chance all the same.

I think you take the chance, then fate plays out what is suppose to happen... Umm am I making any sence? If not I apologize.

I don't believe in fate, in the sense that there is only one thing I can do at any one moment, and I am bound by some unknown force, to end up at this destination.
Chance, of course, exists. Random events happen.

but I mostly believe in God's will. God's will overrides chance, and is much better than fate. A loving God has a plan so complex that when we accept Jesus as Saviour and Lord, we begin the most abundant existence, full of possibilities and twists and turns, that take us to places we might never have dreamt we would go, but seem so logical once we are there. And, through all these twists and turns, we are learning about him, and being transformed into the image of Jesus, assured, but His death, that we will eventually enter into eternity, not as a cog in a wheel of fate, or a moment of chance, but as a beloved son or daughter of the King of Heaven.

I believe in chance if I have few plans,or the desire to make them happen. I believe in fate if I act on my plans until the fruition of these plans. Then mere chance becomes fate.

Both. I believe our universe is run on probability, and so chance plays an important role. But I also believe that every possible outcome is "already written" in a parallel universe. Sounds crazy, right?

Chance, the idea of fate makes me feel like a puppet that has no control over my life. I know that chance doesn't entail a lot of "control," but I do feel like I have choices to take chances or not if that makes sense.

Chance. I believe it was just a chance that my husband was where he was and I by chance found him. I don't think it was fate. If it was fate I think I would have met him many years ago, so we could have had even more time to spend with each other.

I belive in both. From a religious stand point there are The Three Lady's Fate who weave the tapistry of Time. But then there is Chance or the Choices we make. The Lady's may weave, but they weave by the Chances we take. You make the Choice, but how it all ends is decided by how the threads connect.
