  • that happened to me several years ago, and unfortunately i couldnt find a way to get it out painlessly. so eventually i had to just rip it out. and it hurt so bad... :(
  • Can you soak it well with Witch Hazil every day for a while. That will loosen anything that is dried and holding it in place. Don't use Peroxide, as it will heel up the pierce. After a few days, try pushing it from either the front or back. If you can get just a tiny bit out, grab it with a tweezer or plier and pull as much as you can. If this doesn't work, I'm affraid you'll need to see a doctor.
  • Take the ball out and use your fingers to carefully open the gap. After that, just work it gently back and forth until it slides out. Putting some Neosporin ointment might make it a little more slippery and soften the skin, making the process a mite easier.
