Help answer this question below.

I put 1000 euro deposit on a new car on the condition that my credit union approved a loan for the balance, which I clearly explained to car salesman. He said no prob you'll get 1000 back. Was refused loan and now he wont give me my money back, help?

Words are cheap. did you put this agreement in writing? if not, its his word against yours and you probably will not be the winner.

Never give your money to anyone for any deal, unless the agreement is in writing and signed by both agreeing parties. its evidence for court.
