Help answer this question below.

Has anyone heard of Dirty Rice Green Salad. What is it, now do you make it and is it good. Someplace they said it was Cajun but I don't have a clue. And they served it with meatloaf.

    I had not heard of this dish, but you are right that it is cajun.

    I think it sounds like it would taste quite nice.
    It looks like the dirty rice is separate from the green salad in this one.
