Is it legal for a Missouri public high school student to be denied credit for excessive absences if the school makes no distinction between excused and unexcused absences?

yes it is anywhere. you need to have a certin amount of time in school toget a credit. if ya dont get that time thenyou cant get credits. even if you make up the work you still wont get the credit. its a funky situation

You have to attend a certain number of days of school to get credit. Sorry, but if you miss a bunch of days you're screwed.
