When workmans compensation is going to pay your lost wages, how do they decide just how much of your lost wages?

w/c is usually 66-2/3 of your gross pay. You also have to be off at least 14 days before you will get paid for the first three days off. If you were full time and if you go back to work part time, your employer pays regular pay for the time you work and w/c pays 66-2/3 of the difference up to 40 hrs. This is for Illinois workman's comp.
