You have to take it back to the store and they have to unblock it. I doubt they will though because that is what prevents people from stealing SIM cards. Unless you can show them a receipt. I used to sell cell phones and we would have people all the time bringing in phones that we knew were stolen and asking us to unlock the SIM card. SOL
