When I bring a list of 10 questions to ask the employer at the end of the job interview, knowing she’d want me to ask less than 10, can I show her the list of these questions so she can choose which ones to answer?

    No, it's alright to ask a few questions but definitely you also want to come across as natural, not stilted and having written questions is frankly rude.
