As long as you have a valid visa, you should be able to remain. But you are not able to remain solely on the basis of the I-130 that presumably your spouse is filing for you. As US immigration laws are very complicated and it is easy to do something wrong unintentionally, would suggest you consult with an immigration attorney (AILA member) after arrival.
With the lack of job opportunity, is it not time to stop the green card lottery?
