Of course! I'm a supporter of globalization. Besides that, the US is lousy at certain things. My favorite wines and coffees come from outside the country, for one... my Japanese car was made in Canada. I buy local produce, but everything else is fair game. Best product and lowest price wins out every time.
Yes. Largely because I'm English.
yes, I try to support canadian companies as much as possible. But I do buy the occasional american made good.
Yes - I am finding it hard to think of anything that I have bought that was made in US
I buy the products that I need and that have the best prices. I don't give a hoot where they are made.
DUH!
Tea, toys, cars, repair parts, electronics, spices, liquer, and more.
Mankind has traded goods as long as there have been separate societies...which has been for tens of thousands of years.
cars = no
electronics = no
food = yes
Yes, I do. I've had to send to Australia and New Zealand for things I couldn't find here.
Yes. It would be very difficult to buy what I want that is only made in the USA.
I live in New Zealand.....most things here were made in CHINA!!!!!
I buy products many anywhere, as long as they are not recaled and I don't buy animal food of certain kinds that are made out of the US because of the products sold that were bad and had things wrong with them.
Most products I buy are not made in the US. Then again I'm not in the US myself :)
yeah, i drive a toyota and shop at walmart.
I try not to.

I buy the products I need at the best prices I can find. I don't consider where they are made before buying.
Isn't the real problem here the fact that we would rather purchase goods made in other countries that have a lower wage schedule so that we can afford to buy more? I have often been at a store with the intent on buying a specific item and was presented with a choice where the USA made item was significantly higher in price but there was no real difference in quality. The price probably reflects the higher wage costs that went into the production of the item in this country, and so I was chose the lower cost item. In other words, I sold out the american worker for my own bottom line. As we continue to raise the wage here, I am sure the problem will only get worse. Other countries have no problem underpaying their workers. We are fast becoming consumers, not producers. It is a shame...
