I have not. I have worked at companies where I was already at the top and had no place to go in terms of advancement but if I liked my work and the company that never caused me to leave. :)

Well ..in almost everything in life ..., Rickster . Things happen unexpectedly ..that's when you enjoy it the most :)
Would you accept a promotion at work if it meant a 20% raise over 5 years but you would have to move to a different city, change your work hours and take on much more responsibility?
