Do you feel that the minimum wage hike was high enough considering that the cost of living is far above the small increase in wages?

    No nothing goes up to meet Cost of living rises

    but people on a minimum wage can claim a lot of other benefits if they have children. Even well paid earners get paid for having children.

    Pensioners not having children seem to be the ones worst affected

    Small increase in wages? The increase in minimum wage was pretty significant in percentage. I think it was fitting because it has been a long time since the minimum wage was raised, but I don't see it needing to be raised higher for some time.
