Howcome every time i ask a question i only get one answer and i see ppl on here with hundreds of answers?does the question have to stay up for days or something?

Questions either catch fire or they don't. There are a lot of reasons why some do and why some don't. If you ask a question that is at least somewhat unique and that a lot of people can relate to and that doesn't make people think too much...you'll probably get a lot of answers.

They might be crummy questions, but there IS a good ole boy network here, too. Some people ask plainly ordinary questions and make it to the top 25 list. Others ask brilliant questions and get 20 points. That's just the way it is. I stopped worrying about it after a while. Nothing to be done about it. Is IS sometimes something that hurts my feelings a little.

Welcome to Answerbag. You only asked 4 questions before this one, so I think it is a little early to make statistics. Your questions got 1,2,3 and 5 answers, and this very question just got 8 answers. Your questions will get answered for those reasons: - being good questions - your being popular (this comes with time) Conversational questions get usually much more answers, because anyone could give their own, personal answer for it. Educational questions will not get many answers because when enough answers have been given, further answers don't make much sense.

Well, well Milla. I seen this question once before, but didn't know who asked it. Well, since I know it was you I'll give an answer too.. The same thing happens to me as well, don't worry about it. I'm thinking it's because we haven't been in AB for too long. Give some time, we'll be popular!! All though, I think you'll get pretty popular quick!
