You're missing a letter there. The expression we use is "not on your life". What it means, in a literal sense, is that "not even if it meant your life would be forfeit" (that you would be killed) would such a thing be true.
For example: Can I become pregnant as an adult male? Not on your life. Meaning: no possible way, even if it was the only way to save your life.
In its colloquial sense it means "no; emphatically NO".
