Help answer this question below.

I have a male cat, when i got him i believe he spent alot of time outside, although he did use a litter box with no problem, our problem now is he pees all over the house. that is all i smell and ive tried online products especially made for urine odors

    NASTY isn't it?

    You need to have him castrated, and given a regimine of hormones for about a month. This should stop his "territory marking". As far as the smell in the meantime, any body else??? I've tried everything I could think of (short of burning the house down)

    Thank you for your help, i made an appointment yesterday to have him snipped, i hope he doesnt hate me, haha, but i cant live with this smell and we are moving into a new house. Take care and thank you again

    Yep, like Nitroduck says, you need to get him neutered. It's a territorial marking thing he's doing, not peeing and it stinks I know.
    My cat did this and we got him snipped and it stopped immediately, it will also make him less prone to wander off.
