  • To be high healthy you should be closer to 145. That is by the BMI, Body mass index, don't freak out though, simple agjustments can really help, take it slow :) and remember health over 'look'
  • Do you exercise? Do you eat healthy? If yes, you may just be thick...if no, then I say yes you are overweight
  • 50 lbs. Don't have to get drastic. Just start watching what you take in. No fast food. no sweets. you'l take it off w/in a year.
  • im guessing you are about size 12/14! in my opinion, that is a little chubby, not fat! Im 35, also 5'4" and 140. some say im chubby, soo its really only a matter of opinion. when it comes to opinions, yours is the one that counts. at your age, you wont even have to diet to lose that. you can lose 30-40 lbs just by cutting out sweets, soda and all fast food. what I find helpful is one rule: dont drink anything with more than 10 calories! you can drop a pile of weight with thay alone! i have battled my weight my whole life, so I do know what you are going through. im not one of the lucky ones who can eat whatever I want and be a toothpick. also, keep yoour head outta the damned magazines. they are unrealistic and will only discourage you. keep ur chin up and love you for you!
