stop comparing yourself to others.
Don't talk inwards, try to maintain eye contact, don't mumble, joke around a little.
Realize that no matter how badly you mess up on something, it's bigger in your head VS everyone else's.
Also realize that there's someone, somewhere making an even bigger arse of themselves at the same time that you feel that you are. Laugh at the idea of this in your head, it'll make you feel slightly more relaxed.
Remember your own impending demise. Always. Dig?
