Help answer this question below.

I tried to get back together with my ex and all that happened was we ended up having a one night stand and got back into the end of the relationship scenario the next day. What do I do?

    I did that with an ex and all it ended up with was me thinking he wanted more, and getting my heart broken all over again.

    Cut your losses, count this as a lesson learned, and find someone who will appreciate you!

    Run, as fast as you can. If you keep on doing that, you will just end up right back in the cycle. I am going through the same thing right now, and pretty much the same exact thing that happened to you happened to me too. There are reasons why you two are not together anymore, and chances are, they outweight the positives. Do yourself a favor and move on. You won't regret it; you'll even feel better for doing it. But you will never get happy if you keep on trying to pursue a relationship that's already failed.

    Have you talk to him? does he really still want the relationship? if the answer is final, move on and dun look back. let urself to have the "no contact" period with him. you will be fine, u have to believe in that.
