I would want to say yes or no but there is no actual answer because no one went to heaven and came back (without following beliefs i mean) This is an impossible question to answer truthfully. The only answer i know is I don't know for sure

Replace heaven with the kingdom of God then absolutely! Christ is bringing his Father's Kingdom to earth. Do animals have a spiritual after life? Scripture says "nothing was created in vain" and how would death be defeated if all the animals remained dead!

I received an email with dog photos with what they are saying put into captions. On one of them it was about heaven, it was a male dog, it said when I get to heaven, can I have my balls back? I think some guys might end up asking the same thing, marriage can be harsh.

Well Biblically speaking, sadly no. In order to go to heaven, the Bible says that you need to have free will and intellect, which dogs lack. I hope this isn't true though :(
