Help answer this question below.

My motorola slvr L7 only shows the "Charge Complete" screen when I plug it in, does not respond to any key commands. Will not turn on if not plugged in to charger. How can I fix this?

    Try removing the battery, then after the screen goes blank reinsert the battery and switch back on, this should have the effect of rebooting it, if you need a replacement battery for the motorola SLVR L7 you can get one at battery trader http://www.batterytrader.com/motorola-bc50-extended-battery-replacement-mobile-phones-p-435.html
