I'd have to go with porridge. It's high in energy to keep you going throughout the day, and it's very tasty even on its own (no sugar). Shredded Wheat is good because it involves minimal effort for a nutritious start to the day, however it is often tempting to pile wih sugar and along with weetabix and cornflakes, leaves a funny taste in your mouth. So because of excitement just on its own, I'd say porridge. And you can get it really cheap.
