• Special K -- hello, buddy. A Stephen King fan, too? Me, too. But I thought Pet Sematary was one of his worst! :)Ah, well. We can't agree on everything. Ha! But I thank you for mentioning something I notice sometimes with King, too - - after creating great and interesting characters or whatever, King sometimes just fizzles out. I thought this true especially with The Stand - the book so many worship but I was really disappointed in the ending. After the epic-sized opus, it just fell apart. I've heard King revamped it and it is better now? As far as Pet Sematary, what I didn't like was how predictable it was - once the premise was set, I figured out well in advance what was going to happen. I don't mean to sound like I'm bragging, I only mean I thought the plot was predictable- - like Needful Things, also. I really liked many of the early works -- Carrie, 'salem's Lot and The Shining. Hey, Be Well and I Hope You're Swell!

• yes "It" fell apart at the end and so did "Rose Madder". I didnt really try to anticipate the ending at all for pet semetary so it didnt bother me. i also really liked his book Different Seasons or something like that, which was 4 short stories. I am swell, and hope u r too buddy.

• Yes, I'm fine,too. Thanks. I didn't read Rose Madder - I don't think. If I did, it must not have been memorable. I think I did, though. Something sounds familiar about it. Something about a lady dreaming about her ex? Or someone following her? The group home for women? Something like that? And I really liked "It" as far as characters, but, yes, it sort of fell apart, too. Different Seasons was one of his best.Movies were made of three of the four stories! "The Shawshank Redemption" - " Stand By Me " and " Apt Pupil. " But you probably already knew that. Have to run. Try his The Regulators - -it is great, I thought.
