Money-more salary, or When I start my own business, or when I got to transfer myself to a different part of the country or when they no longer deserve me as a worthy employee

If I could not work with either the management or co-workers. That has only happened once. I have a great relationship now with all in my present job. Sometimes you have to stay in a job situation longer than you want. But, there are always other options. Keep your eye out always. Everyone has more choices than they may realize.
